Battlefield 4 Sgt_Bluka Uncap Kills

Sgt_Bluka and his teammate (destructivepuppy) firing from A at vehicles approaching in our uncap. I mentioned it in chat and was given a warning by Admin for hackusations. Other players brought it up as well. Mentioned it again later and was asked by admin to provide video proof.
