how long does it take after a ban request goes in on a player before you hear anything back ?

I replied to your ban request on the 12th (https://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/...Defeat-Source-**Pernacr-**-STEAM_0-1-12156624). When a member of leadership gives a verdict on a request we move it to the Request Completed. It has been a long time since I was a none member so I don't remember if you would have access to see that section. really if it just a graphical issue no I restarted pc multiple times, and he has done this every time I get on till I say something then he runs hand hides or leaves. I guess I will video it everytime he does it.
