Admin abused his authority. I got banned for nothing. Urgent help needed.

Greetings to all,


I am known as 'Melissa Blythe' (the lady that sells Taco at Legion Square) in the GTA RP server and I am here to file a complaint. I have just only started yesterday on 20/2/2018 and have been playing it for about 2 days now. It is a wonderful server and I loved it. However, I am being banned from the server for possessing $500M (dirty money) when it was given to me randomly by force from an Admin without me wanting it.

I logged in yesterday and got spawned at Legion Square's Parking Lot. I met a guy (stranger) at the lot and he told me to follow his instructions or I will die. I know it is role playing so I went along. He then brought me outside of his apartment near the Legion Square. I was told to get out of his car and then he began shooting me and thus, I was dead.

While I was just role playing and waiting for the ambulance, the same exact guy came up to my dead body and gave me this whole sum dirty money of $500M. He said "Merry Christmas" and told me that he's an Admin. There was also a witness (in a Mustang) who saw all of this incident. I didn't know what was going on and what was it that I am holding since I am new. By the time, I was spawned at the Hospital right after that and I didn't get their names or identity.

I am filing this complaint because I felt unfair that I am banned from the server even though I had told the truth to an Admin (eGO Envious) about what happened before getting banned. I really love the server but I felt the punishment is prejudiced and it is injustice. I did not want the money nor did I seek out asking for it. I felt the punishment should have been handled professionally and rationally such as removing and wiping out everything that I have and own, starting fresh back again.

After all, the money was given to me randomly by force without me wanting it. Neither do I know or met him. Nevertheless, if there is any Admin or anyone that is reading this, please do help me out. It is a great server and I really enjoyed it until this happened. All I want is to be able to join back the server so I can play with all the amazing people that I have met in these 2 days. I do not care about the money or anything in this game. All I want is to role play in this server and play as 'Melissa Blythe' again.

Thank your for taking the time to reply on this matter. I am not sure what is his name in the game. However, there was only 3 people including me in the server at that time and reading upon the server chat, I think his steam name was =(eG)=CorruptExcellent.

I really don't know why I keep getting framed due to the fact that I never do drug runs anymore and I don't have that much in my apartment so it is not me for a fact . As well I don't say merry Christmas and give you 500 mill

This isn't about passing baton of who has the $500M now or who has the least amount of dirty money in the apartment and thus, one's not guilty.

The $500M existed in the log as given to bunnydew (which is me) and that is an evidence. An evidence is factual and factual cannot be changed regardless the reasoning. This is about abusing the authority to cheat and get the unlimited/maximum value of an object which is the dirty money, followed by forcefully stuffing the evidence away by killing someone who knows nothing at all.

Even through countless of grinding in the game, everyone knows it is impossible to get that much amount of value unless one cheated. If it is true that it is possible to grind for that kind of amount, then one wouldn't get banned for a lifetime since it is set in that way for the game.

Aside from that, there was only 3 people including me in the server during that time and I am sure your name was on the server chat because you typed. However, given the steam names, I can't identify who is who when the incident happened but again, both was there when it happened. One was in the Mustang car and another whom gave me the $500M. Regardless whether you're the witness or the otherwise, your name was there in the chat. I am sure someone or the owner of the server can check that out through the logs. It is a server after all.

Last but not least, if one was truly the witness, one would had calmly stated that he was in the Mustang car and saw that I was dead laying on the street instead of stating he did not give the dirty money and is not able to understand why he kept getting framed.

I suppose not being able to write thoroughly in a single reply for this situation reflects that one does not even have the details to support their alibi. Also, beginning with 'I do not give people dirty' tells that one is indeed very alarm and conscious regarding about these kind of issues as if one knew the expected risk.

Wether or not I say "I do not give dirty money" if you choose to accuse me of giving you 500million dirty it is your choice. Some people will agree and others will disagree but I will let leadership handle this

Regardless of the outcome, I have raised awareness for others to be careful and that all it matters.
