Awfully loaded question with no "more than one of the above"? I mean I love a lot of 'traditional' American foods (you'll pry mac & cheese from my cold, dead hands), but I also am extremely fond of German, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Spanish...

My creation: The Jalapeno Popper Bacon Cheese burger with jalapeno jelly. Best burger i have ever made.

Um...care to share the ingredients? DIY jalepe?o poppers or store-bought? Same question with the jelly. And what type of cheese did you melt over the patty? White american? Queso blanco? Gruy?re? These are important questions CrossCheck

Store bought TGI Fridays poppers, any good jalapeno jelly, i used Reese brand mild pepper jelly. Would have used hot, damn kids always complain "it's too spicy". Pepper Jack cheese. The patty is a garlic burger. Fresh chopped garlic, sea salt, black pepper and fresh ground chuck.
