This bullying is getting out of control!

Okay I've taken a break from eGO for work. EVERY NIGHT I get a damn message from people in eGO hurt and upset about being bullied. At first I tell them tell a com mgr or DL and they say they do but after 2 weeks of this I believe we have the wrong leadership. I have 2 KIDS crying to me talking about wanting to hurt themselves because they are being bullied here! Given that I refused to drop box this everyone in this community needs to hear this. If you want to bully someone on the internet you should not be here in this community! I know eGO had this issue years ago but I had no idea it was never delt with properly. I have lost to many friends over bullying from school and on my games. I won't let this shit happen anymore ban me if you must but please let this get it through all your damn heads that we need to take bullying more serious! I've stayed up the last 2 nights talking with someone from this community to help them from being bullied here. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep the last 2 days working 12hr shifts if I am willing to do that then you should be willing to ban the idiots bullying! I don't care if they are freaking admins or Advisers! If anyone reads this and you are dealing with bullying me from here or anywhere inbox me I will help you I will be here to listen! Leadership teams please for the love of god watch out for bullying.

you can?t blame leadership on this issue. that?s like blaming teachers for the same problem.

this is the wrong place to put this concern you could?ve told them on teamspeak if you didn?t want to dropbox it. bullying is a serious issue now & it is everywhere not just here.

for the people who get bullied just tell an admin or someone from leadership don?t be scared and tell them your issue. they will end up talking to whoever is bullying you. if the issue continues to happen then leadership will put a stop to it.

In order to get to the bottom of this, I'm going to need more details, such as:

1. Who is making the report?
2. Which member of leadership was it reported to?
3. Who is being the bully?

We cannot resolve issues with leadership if we don't know who's being negligent. Without the details, I cannot proceed.
Please PM me whatever information you can.
