Counter-Strike: Source Rule Change/Clarification

Hello Counter-Strike people, specifically our Source ones. The spawn camping rule is being clarified to prevent confusion down the road. Please admin players based off the new rule:

Ts must be out of Spawn by 1:30 at the latest and not allowed to re-enter spawn until the bomb has been planted.

So once the bomb has been planted Ts are free to go back to spawn. Players are not allowed to stay in spawn the whole time. So they have to get out of spawn and then go back to spawn once the bomb is planted. They may not sit in spawn the entire time while their team plants the bomb. If the bomb is planted before 1:30 Ts may stay in spawn for as long as they like.

Sorry, should have asked this in my previous post, but - This is a warn/kick/ban thing, I assume? I occasionally play Dust2 and generally left admining these sort of things to the regular CSS admins.

Roger roger on the rule clarification, but I have a question, how much time should be given between warn and kick? I have warned players who stay in spawn anyway and I am just not sure how much time to give them to see the warning and then exit spawn.

Typically I will give them around 30-45 seconds. In reality, most players who are camping in spawn will not be paying attention to chat. With this in mind, it is okay to give a global warning and then private message the player telling them that they need to stop camping spawn.

If they continue after this, go ahead and kick them. Hope that cleared it up!
