You gotta login to the forums weekly to keep your rank in server to show.

Check your MAUL profile, something may of messed up there

Other than a glitch in a plugin (it sometimes happens during map changes), this is 99% caused by not visiting the forums and keep MAUL active, at least once a week. Is it still persisting? Keep in mind we have been undergoing some server maintenance and changes for the merge that could have affected it a bit.
