If you clone someone and everything about them is the same, are they the same people? At what point does the clone become a different person?

If they do have the same memories as you then I would consider it the exact same person as me. It could replace me and not matter; however, as long as the original (me) continues living then it would be a different person since they will have to forge new memories different from mine in the future.

If you were to get confused with your clone would there be any way of telling which of you is the original if you have the same memory?s. DNA samples are cheating.
