Remove RTV delay from bhop server

Can the RTV delay please be removed on bhop server. I suggest this because every time I play, it takes up to 20 minutes just to finally get the chance to change the map. If people didn't really want to play the map, I don't see the reason why they should be forced to wait or exit the server.

I support this. An extend option on the RTV would also be nice, sometimes there's not enough time to properly run a route.

I started on an extend function a while back, so that can get added. The RTV delay is only 5 minutes, though...what do you mean people have to wait 20 minutes?

This is confirmed. You do in fact need to wait an upwards of 15m before you can RTV on Bhop,

I have updated the Initial RTV Delay to 300 seconds (5 Minutes) on BHop and Surf. It should slowly make it's way in through the automated system.
