Honestly, That first skit with the Hostage wasn't very good at all. A cop taking a shot at one Suspect while the other suspect has a gun pointed to the back of a hostages head with no Police backup showed a Lack of caring for the Hostage's well being. I mean I know we can just revive ppl if they're killed, But RP wise, Cop shouldn't of taken that shot on the one criminal while another was inside pointing a gun to the hostage's head, at least not without police backup around.

I get it if i had back up i have no problem letting them get away so we can do a car pursuit. When it just me on 99% of the time if i let them walk out i end up dying. The outside shooter die because he fired at my partner first. They took each other down. Like he said in the video he has a history and been to jail a bunch of times.the hostage was part of it also. She was the one that drop the weed before i got there
