Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

A Minecraft e member (Kilgore90) was trying to send me a Private Message for an application to join my APPS Program; whenever he sent the private message it said that he needed 10 posts to private message me.

I can only assume this is a glitch because posts and private messages aren't connected features, in my head.

Have less than 10 posts.

He must have 10 posts to be able to pm.

Its a new feature with the PM system. - This will help prevent spammers, duplicate accounts.
