If warday is called and a T is in cells red shooting are CTs allowed to delay from going to warday to kill the red. My answer was No because you are suppose to be in warday to kill someone. I debated saying So you are allowed to leave warday to kill a red? Cause delaying from warday is the same in my opinion. My question is can you delay to kill a red when warday was called already.

Once a warday is declared you can only kill from the designated warday area

CTs should not take that long to get to the designated area. However, there are large maps. CTs can only pursue T's from the designated area if otherwise that would be expanding earlier than told.

Per the rules

Guards must not leave the warday zone until it has been expanded, and they must not kill outside the warday zone unless they are on-route & were attacked first (self-defense)

If attacked while en-route to the warday zone, you may kill someone who is red.

I mean they all said what they should say, but basically they cannot delay, but can kill if in danger.
