VIP 1:3 Ratio Swap

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When I bought VIP it said that I couldn't get swapped on the 1:3 ration thing, but now, I get swapped literally EVERY time that there is a ratio swap. I never got ratio swapped before I bought VIP, and once I did, I start to get these issues...

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Get someone with VIP and force a ration swap by having more CT's than T's (1:4 ration)

Any extra info we may need to know

This happens mostly to VIP's I believe.

As a VIP, I can vouch for this. Was never swapped until I bought VIP. #P2L

I didn't even know that was a feature of DS but if it is then it's obviously not working and now that I know this I think it's doing quite the opposite.
