Ok, you ask and I shall offer my input lol. I'm not opposed to the server wipe, but it amazes me how one can get bored in the RP server. If all one does is rob, rob, go to jail and rob yeah it will always get boring. My Steve character finally got his house about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Strictly legit RP with a rare toilet stealing or punching some dude out. I earned that money the old fashioned legit way. Could we use a server wipe? Sure, why not. But here would be my requests:
1. drugs need to be controlled. A single dealer maybe? Or a couple of highly controlled individuals, not a bunch as the reason for having the dealer would be to limit how much drugs get out there on the streets. I would not expect to roll down some street, and have unfettered access to Joe Bob's weed farm to take as much as I want. No more farming, you want to sell drugs then you should have to RP with others to get the weed. And the controller can tell you this is what you can have, so its not unlimited. Same with all drugs.
2. Store robberies, I think should be significantly limited in nature. Either a. require the store be manned by a real player (new RP job store clerk) or, reduce the stores that can be robbed to a smaller amount.
3. If you run and gun, killing cops or players all the time sentences should be increased. I'm talking a day or more. But not actual jail time where you are required to sit in the cell that long. Just set it so they are off the server for the length of the sentence. Almost a form of a ban, but its not a ban if that makes sense. Maybe its a different type of jail command for cops, they can type it in as /prison and it can remove the player for the length of the sentence.
The extreme cases above are my thoughts on how to limit people from getting "bored" by grinding for money all day. But, if we are going through with a server wipe again, this would be my requests. I know some will not like them, and thats ok. They are just my thoughts and what I think would make the wipe worth while. It would just make my day to see a cop have to deal with a dog complaint cause my dog ran into traffic during a mechanic call. Whereas right now, that call doesn't get the light of day.
So, there are my thoughts to think about.
