Why is a first offense that is bannable able to be a permanent ban?

There are very few things you can do to even get permanently banned - and if you do one of those things, then you generally just don’t belong on our servers. :/

What kind of offense are we taking about?

The ban time is up the admins discretion, based on training we have given them. Examples of permanent bans on the spot are racism and hacking.
