eGO rank system

So, i've been here a few days and i can't find something related to this matter but i wanted to know that, at the moment, i am a =e= in eGO. Then there's =eG= and then =eGO=. I was wondering, how do you get those ranks?

=(eG)= Is Junior Admin
=(eGO)= Is Full Admin
You get these ranks^^ by being mature, active, respectful and following the rules.
=(e)= Is Member

To get those ranks, you have to be promoted. In order to be promoted, you have to show that you're a dedicated and mature player. A player who sticks to the rules and want to help others out.

A few ways to get noticed is:

• Be active on the forums and on the servers
• Report rulebreakers in Request Ban
• Be active on Discord/TeamSpeak
• Participate in Events hosted by the Event Coordinators

There are a few key factors Leadership look at before promoting a member to any administrative rank within EGO. Some of these are more important than others and depending on the games, there might be more that they look at.

• Being active within our Teamspeak Server (ts.edge-gamers.com).
• Being active on our forums (what you're reading right now).
• Maturity within the member; Nice, appropriate, and understanding of all EGO rules.
• Being active within events across our EGO server.
• Being active within Discord; helping others or just keeping a friendly conversation.
• Being active within servers.

It also depends on leadership because when i first joined in 2010 it took me 4 years to get my first =eG= and i asked the CM at the time because when i was playing there was no admins on for at night for jail and it was bad. so he understood where i was coming from and gave it to me. Then more people started to get on at night and i gave up my G and left for 3 years(on good terms). I joined back with different leadership and got it a couple of months after i returned. I didn't do anything different, same as when i first joined report bans, be active, help others. So yes what everyone here said is correct. There is also a cs player who joined around the same time i returned and got there =eG= the same time i did and got there =eGO= a month after that, just because they was active and got the server eGO friendly by reporting bans and helping out others.
