Dedicated supporter: When to use votekick / (if still a thing) voteban (pG servers)

My suggestion here is that under the DS Forum there would be a pinned post about When to use votekick / voteban for the pG servers on CSGO. we had one of these posts in pG but it doesnt look like ones been made here, this was how the which rules to enforce looked like.
would it be possible to get something like this in the DS section of the forums?

Rules to Enforce

Ghosting - Votekick, Voteban

Harassment - Warn, Votekick, Voteban

Server Disruption - Warn, Votekick, Voteban

Spamming - Warn, Votekick, Voteban

Hacking - Voteban
(Note: Make sure to get proof and make a forum report with the evidence)

Disrespect - Warn, Votekick, Voteban

Racism - Votekick, Voteban

Intentional RDM - Warn, VoteKick, Voteban

All votekicks and votebans should have appropriate and short reasons such as the ones stated above. If a player has been votebanned and you believe their violation is severe enough and you have evidence, make a report and we will be able to make a new ban with an appropriate length. If you need to use voteban, which should always be a last resort, please do make an effort to write these reports, removing unwanted players from our servers is always best.

Misuse of Powers

As a Dedicated Supporter on our servers we entrust you with the power to be able to remove troublesome players. If you are misusing your powers against innocent players or yourself, punishment can follow. A member of AT Leadership will handle reports on users that have abused that power.

If you are the victim of a Dedicated Supporter abusing their votekick or voteban powers on you, then you should definitely report it on the forums. We also strongly encourage you to report a Dedicated Supporter if you see them abusing their powers on another person. You can report them here.

Looks good to me, just need to change the wording like VIP to DS and drop AT from in front of leadership.

The warning to report DS users abusing that power should also be somewhere else like the main donation page or some other forum that anyone can see.

Uh, this is called bullying. Not really something we allow here. You have everything in your power to report it and probably figure out who did it. This kind of attitude is terrible.

I see abuses here and there, but most votekicks are fair.

yep this is a great idea for DS players, but us that have eG and have DS should know that we follow the same protocol as we do with admin warns and kicks, the only way im actaully using my voteban powers as an admin if im alone if someone is racist or mass rdming (ttt) for i will first kick them for mass rdm then ban them if they mass rdm again when im doing my reports but yeah great way to let DS do the same for i dont believe when they got their what they actually should use it on and when to use it so +10 and thanks for taking this up

I see no harm in adding this as a guideline but dedicated supporters aren't admins. Making it essential for them to follow the W/K/B system is going to cause issues, because they don't have the necessary powers to deal with the situation, should it escalate. They have to rely on the people to vote yes.

If they feel the need to use the VIP powers to deal with someone, they are more than welcome to. I see no problem with them vote kicking for hacking or vote banning for harassment, because its the server that's deciding the ultimate result. With that being said, (reported or witnessed) VIP power abuse is already dealt with accordingly, i.e. if they vote kick or voteban for absolutely no reason.

I honestly see don't see the need to make it an obligation to follow the steps to ban. They are Dedicated supporter, if they wanna admin they should follow the proper steps in becoming one.
