you know how sounds can be played to everyone in the server by admins, I think it would be best if the person it was sent to should have the option of either yes / no - like in lr when a rebeller will lr and the option is given.

Or, dont use it on someone you aren't 100% sure will be ok with it?
Tbh idk if we're even supposed to have access to it.

There is no reason for something like this to be added, admins should not be misusing this command in the first place and playing sounds to people for no reason, especially if they don't know if the person is okay with it.
