!abortlr Command

The command !abortlr is already a command on our jailbreak servers, but as of right now, admins do not have access to this command. I believe giving admins permission to !abortlr would be a nice little addition to the server. This command can be useful because in certain situations such as when a CT is playing a extremely long nonrecallable/stoppable game and you are forced to wait a minute before doing your LR with them (ex: when a CT is playing Dodge Course in jb_vipinthemix and you LR them).

My Suggestion: Give this command to admins and allow players to request !abortlr through admin chat (and make sure all Ts with access to LR agree, and additionally do not use !abortlr in order to help the Ts rebel or to help the CTs kill rebellers).

I feel this command would help with tiny inconvieniences such as this one. This change is definitely not needed but I think would help delay rounds a tiny bit less.

This is definitely not a high priority change if it were to be considered.

it would be great, for if you play the lr dodge (i believe its called) so admins can abort it since its a game that delays it, or else you have to cheat lr and let the T win

I do know that Dodgeball can glitch sometimes where a player doesn't get a flashbang and is just stuck to his/her own devices. Would like to hear some more input as to the access of this command

I do believe this was a suggestion back in pG (can't really check rip) but in reality, it'd be a nice command to have. Regarding access to command, I'd say leave it to either the warden or the admins. If the people who had LR had this, I think it'd be abused/used for cheating LR, which although it allowed, is just pretty scummy.

Try not to bump or consecutively post too often. Use the edit key and leadership will get to this post as well as others in due time.


Personally I feel like if its possible admins should have the permission to abort Lr's in cases they break or bug out.

With all things considered, I agree, I feel that this feature should be added in the command table for admins. There isn't anything like getting to LR to play Dodge-ball, and you run out of flash-bangs with your partner.

We could use !abortlr to abort the LR's made by players during WARDAY.
By this, we don't have to kick him off server for the LR and we can easily make them clear about which special days they can and cannot LR at.

After discussing this further amongst the CS LE team, we have decided that this is not necessary and is something that will not be added at this time.
