for vip

we all know those that are a vip, and isn't an admin, it could be bit nice to have that when you are vip on a server example TTT server, when you are dead you see Traitors like admins do, this is the purpose for vips to vote kick them if they are delaying when admins aren't around, for when you are a vip you have to ask somebodies T buddy to tell you who is delaying, but they never want to say it so im quite annoyed about it, so maybe we could implement this but idk what on all of the other server.

Your way of handling a situation in which a Traitor is delaying seems pretty flawed, there could always be a Traitor that is messing with you and says that the person delaying is for example, "Saiko" when in reality Saiko isn't really a Traitor and you just vote kicked an innocent for playing the round.

Anyways, regarding VIP's being able to see the roles of players if they're dead like admins can. Personally I don't see much of a problem with it, would give VIP's the ability to handle situations in which a Traitor is blatantly delaying the round without having to result to taking the word of another player that could be trolling or just refusing to tell who is the Traitor.

yeah i totally agree with that, thats why i did not votekick that kid, for an innocent saying he was delaying so i just waited then you came so yeah it would be pretty helpful

I wouldn't see this being too much of an issue. Not exactly sure from a permissions standpoint. Drewerth what do you think? I'd also like Custom Stats and EpicFlamingos to voice their opinion here.

Theoretically possible, but at that point it sounds more like purchasing admin powers.

I think what I see as an issue here is VIPs basically admining. There's a reason we have admins and VIPs shouldn't be actively trying to moderate a server, but to use their purchased abilities to help out during times when the server needs just a little help. If the servers needing that much moderation, an admin should be contacted or attempted to be brought in.

Yeah i can totally see the issue there, but there are just when you call admins it take ages, so it could be a little extra hand, for when i was recruit and had vip, i hated to ask people who the delayer is

You could always wait till the round ends, and check the logs to see who the delayer is and initialize the vote afterwards. It is still the whole server voting for the kick/ban. Even if this feature is added to VIPs, the people still decide if the person gets kicked or not. Whereas for admins, they have that power to handle the situation right away. Honestly I barely see any good coming out of this.

Now that I think about this again, I can see where it might be abused. Admins are trusted with this because we know that they are proven sound minds in our community. When it comes to VIPs, they have just purchased it, not really proving to us anything. So giving this could, as some have said, lead to ghosting and griefing in the server.
