Get rid of knife on maps

So, this has been a issue for every map on minigames. It is the knifs. We need to get rid of them it ruins the maps. For example on awp multigames everyone knifes when its awp only. Another example is on just multigames on pistol only people use knife. It need to be remove knifes.

For now we aren't going to remove the knives from the map. A majority of the players enjoy having them and playing the way they are now. If more issues begin to come up, we will deal with them accordingly.
