New people should have a [New] Tag.

So there's some new people joining from time to time, and I thought it would be handy if they were to have a [New] tag or something like that. Just so that whenever they are on some people could help them out if they're confused or something. Also CT's would be aware that that person is new and they could just be a bit less cancer and just say over voice chat "yo just follow what your fellow t's are doing". A lot of new players get confused why they die and I think it would be helpfull if people on the server could just link them the rules or anything like that. After all everyone was new at one point.
What do you think about this?

Well submitting ideas is a good first step. But a better first step is really thinking over the ideas before submitting them. Let's you answer questions people may have and allows you to decide if you really think it's a good idea to suggest. Either way, you still get feedback and get to see what other people think. Submitting ideas is never really a bad thing.

I like your idea theory on this, but like Nick and others have stated: People will target these players. Sometimes target for the better (help them out, give advice, etc), most of the time for the worse.
