Rtving Crashes the server

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Once we rtv a map when switching to the new map the server will most likely crash

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Go on the server, type rtv, once there are enough rtvs the map will change but it won't because it crashes

Any extra info we may need to know

When the server crashes the map goes to vice which not that many people like so they start rtving but then just crash and have to spend more time on vice.

At times even when the map runs its course and players vote for a next map (can be any map) the server will crash and reset to the default map (jb_vice).

Not sure if rtv is consistently crashing or if its just the server changing to a new map itself thats making the server crash.

Update:

This plugin: https://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/showthread.php?326443-Workaround-for-crashing-between-maps-(CSGO)

has something to do with the RTV crashes. RIght after it was added, the bugs started appearing. More updates = more bugs.

I am going to go ahead and remove this plugin to see if there is any major change.

It seems like RTV hasn't been crashing the server at all within the last couple weeks since it was fixed by Tech. Going to move this to closed.
