I would like to see a defibrillator being implemented, (which could cost around maybe 10-20k). It could be purchased at hospitals or convenience stores. When using it, you'll be able to bring one person up and is single use.

The other thing I would like to see implemented is a notification system that lets you know whether the cops or the paramedics have picked up the call and are on their way or not would be nice to see.

Just a note for #2. Just because I press e to put the call location into GPS does not by itself mean I'm responding to that call. Emergency services just need to make a habit of physically replying to the call letting the reporting party know that they are on the way.

Normally, I'll also press for more information in my calls while I'm on the way in the manner that a dispatcher would. If you just send a 911 call saying help, I'll ask what your emergency is. Emergency is you were shot? Now I know how much of a priority it is and can step up my response to code 3 and request additional units to start that way. And I'll communicate with the caller accordingly.

As for #1, I feel like this would remove roleplay from paramedics, and just generally be unrealistic. I may be mistaken here, but an AED will not start a stopped heart, and should not be used on a trauma patient.
