Counter-Strike: Global Offensive [Surf] Ranks not working?

First of all, Hola it's been a long time since I've posted here.
Anyways why is everyone set to unranked? I've finished around 5 maps and i'm still unranked

This is the same for me. I have completed over 10 now and am unranked.

After the update with danger zone Tech team had to reset alot on our servers, and disable plugins, but they are working on it, we should just hang tight and wait, but we dont have to get the hopes up since its the biggest priority, but it will get worked on

have fun on surf and bhop where the ranks are disabled, but in my opinion why did we atcually have ranks i dont see the use of it anyway

I agree with beast that ranks are pretty useless in bhop/surf. Like who even pays attention to them, I personally just try getting at least a top 10 time.
