Is there any way to get an admin in the server when it just gets insanely toxic? Once admins get off late at night people just start mass free killing, spraying stack, gun planting, and breaking pretty much every rule and it makes the server so bad to play in during this time.

Making a thread won't help as much as it will take a while to an admin to find your post and respond. It is better to use shoutout box or use our teamspeak to find an admin quickly. Or use the & symbol to contact an admin across the CS servers.

Yeah just go ahead an do what depression said, and i will be on later tonight, you can also add an admin to steam and messeage them if they got time

Not the @ the & in teamchat. The @ symbol is to contact an admin on the server if you have a problem or concern. But for the & symbol is to contact admins across the whole CS servers

Another thing - late at night is definitely harder to find admins since we are mostly on the North American side of the world, we don't quite have a large euro presence. If you see good eGO members trying to help out who are on at those times and you feel could use a promotion to help out more, recommend them for a promotion! or you can aid your community and report them on the forums following the posted guidelines.
you're an e, i would imagine you aim to move up in the ranks. stand out from the mass by supporting eGO and utilizing the ban request feature, if you feel a ban is necessary.
sometimes they don't always agree, but that's OK. you stand out a lot by going above and beyond just asking for admins help. you show you can handle the responsibility of gameplay trenches, especially in Jail.
