So basically, if the warden is a good distance from a marker he puts down, it disappears. This is problematic at times, cause often when a warden dies, the new warden has all Ts get to a marker but backs away for safety or to pursue rebellers. Then the marker disappears, and it causes confusion. So yeah, the distance doesn't have to be unlimited, but it can be. I think that if we increase the distance a warden can be from his markers to double what it currently is, it can avoid a lot of confusion.

Not double. Its pretty far as it is, and if we double it or make it unlimited then the warden will hide across map (e.g. high dive on clouds, second layer on minecraft beta)

Why not try a times 1 for i believe if you are 5 feet away IRL) (Game you are 20-30 metres away wich makes it dissaperer, so i dont mind setting it to like 10 feet so its 50-100 metres away sounds a bit fair idk the precise length though

I agree, or just make it so he can be across the map from his marker cause there really is no reason at all to have a marker dissapear, if he wants to put down a new red marker the warden can just right click again and select the same color

You always don't have to use markers for commands. I think the marker system is find as is. It doesn't need to be extended range. If you are trying to put a marker far away what's the point? You're almost out of sight of T's and if you are far away pursuing rebellers don't take it.

good idea!

- A lot of the time when warden goes through a portal, markers disappear and the prisoners get lost.
- Sometimes warden is very far from a location they need prisoners to get to. (High dive levels, certain climbs, and surf endings)
- Anyone can get warden when one dies, and sometimes that person is far away from the prisoners but can still see them.
- Explaining games is a lot easier when you can show a pathway to help, it's harder to show what obstacles do when you can't mark them. (Surf boosts, or the ski on avalanche)
- Marking what would be considered a cheat deep in a game is easier for new people to avoid and guards to be aware of.
- Some maps prisoners don't know how to get guns from armory for warday, but the warden does. Marking the pathway while still being able to attend the spot would be very helpful.
- Some maps prisoners don't know how to get guns from armory for hunger games, but the warden does. Marking the pathway while still being able to do what you want around the map would be very helpful.

I understand some of my reasons are a stretch, but, I think bashing this idea just because it makes recovering a round for guards a little easier isn't really fair. Recovering a round in itself with a full server is nearly impossible. Staying in sight of t's is a rule, and marker distance doesn't dictate if you are or aren't watching them.
