2v2 Tournament Format:
Format:
- Tournament will be single elimination, once you lose your match you will be out. Teams will continue to play until only 1 team remains, who will be declared the winners.
- 16 Teams Max
- Maps: Wingman Maps Rialto, Lake and Nuke
- Best Of 8
- 2:00 Minute Rounds
- $800 Start Money
Overtime
- Overtime will be Best of 5
- 2:00 Minute Rounds
- $8,000 Start Money
General Tournament Eligibility Guidelines:
- Be 13 years or older.
- Have TeamSpeak.
- Have a registered forum account.
- Be MAUL verified.
- Be in good standing with EdgeGamers (no current bans).
- A players rank cannot be over 5 ranks of his teammates rank
- Only the first 16 teams to sign up will be allowed to play
- If a member of a team doesn’t show up, the other teammate has 5 minutes to find a replacement for his team that follows the guidelines. If the remaining teammate cannot find a replacement then they will automatically forfeit.
- If a team is unable to complete a match, then they will automatically forfeit.
Tournament Rules:
- All players must be MAUL registered and verified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All EdgeGamers Competition Rules and Regulations Apply and can be read HERE
- Teams may not communicate during the match, they may only do so after the match has ended.
- Voice and text chat will only be used for team communication, or to get the attention of an admin.
- Teams must be in Teamspeak for the duration of their their match, and cannot be in contact with any person(s) not part of their team/a member of EC during their match.
- The use of any hacks, cheats, scripts, exploits, model breaking, or any kind of third party software, as listed in the eGO competition rules, to give you an advantage over another player (e.g. AHK) will result in disqualification from the tournament for both members of the team. The offending player will also be banned from all EdgeGamers servers.
- Any use of map exploits and or map bugs are not allowed, including but not limited to grenade exploits or using them to kill/harm enemy players.
- If for whatever reason the server malfunctions or there is an error, the round will be replayed.
- At the start of the players match, they will have 2 minutes to practice/warm up, and then afterwards the match will begin.
- Teams will not be allowed to call a timeout.

Limitations of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release EdgeGamers Organization LLC and their officials and members and sponsors from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the tournament or their receipt or use of the tournament prize.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this tournament, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorney's fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this tournament are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.

EdgeGamers Organization LLC will not be held responsible if for any reason the Tournament is not capable of running or operating as planned due to infection by computer virus, fraud, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or force majeure that, in the sole opinion of EdgeGamers Organization LLC, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Tournament. EdgeGamers Organization LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Tournament, as solely determined by EdgeGamers Organization LLC, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or postpone the Tournament until a later date. EdgeGamers Organization LLC assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or other failure of or related to the software platform on which the Tournament is played, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Tournament. Offer void where prohibited.
