You cannot change maps once time is up.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

So when you vote for a map, and the timer ends at the top we aren't changing maps. Instead of changing the map to what the next map is supposed to immediately, everyone on the server has to rtv to the next map. Only other way to change other then that is to have a manager or someone with tech access force change the map to whatever it's supposed to be.

The map should be changing to whatever the next voted map is.

Let the time on the map end and don't rtv.

No, still occurs on some maps but it's fine on others.

Custom is this still an issue or Divine is this still an issue? I've gone on bhop multiple times and haven't seen this happen.
