Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

In jailbreak when a player gets moved to spectator by an admin, if they join back to the t team they will be able to talk even though they are dead.

What should be happening instead?

They should not be unmuted
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Move someone to spectator and then have them join t in the same round as they were switched and get them to talk

CtrlAltDelicious Said to kick people if they delay on hunger games and warday to prevent this from getting abused. I think it needs to be fixed though so we can just swap people to spec to prevent server rank from going down and lag from going up.

in HG if people camp just move them to spec, thats what i do, and on ttt if they delay or camp or move them to spec

I was talking with CtrlAltDelicious the general idea is that all players who begin to camp and/or delay should be kicked after warned. Following the W/K/B policy that is in place on all servers.

I will still look into this issue, but it appears that no one should really be using the spec command on players anyways, from what I am being told.
