CoD4 help

ok whenever i play on the cod4 clan server i play for a couple mins then it kicks me out and says this
"Notice"
=(eG)=MaDsKiLLz PunkBuster kicked player
'=(eG)=MaDsKiLLz' (for 0 minutes) ... No Packet Flow
any help?
i have no idea what to do..

Manually update your punkbuster...happens to me too.

how? where at? do i just search the web for punkbuster update?

No, go into the file directory (crogramsfiles/callofduty something like that not exaclty that) and search around in the files for punkbuster and you should be able to open the application, and update it manually. It happened to me a couple times in Americas Army so it should work here.
