Being one of the most crucial interface devices to PC FPS gaming, what mouse are you running?


For me I have had the Logitech MX1000 for about 2 or 3 years now, since it game out and absolutely love it.

The right click button is starting to act funny so I might upgrade in the next few months. But I like it overall. (Mx518)

I'll get some pics of my MX1000. I decided to put clear UV paint on my mouse and then cover it in clearcoat for a really nice glossy finish. I used to have UV lights inside my computer because I painted parts of my motherboard with it to make it glow so the light would glow through the case window onto my mouse.

It looks like total crap now that its been a little over a year and its gotten scraped up in my backpack.

I am thinking of doing a nice black and blue paintjob to match my HP laptop's black lid and blue led's.

i thought ours was the newer version... and the all blue was older? i have this g5 as well.

The newer one has the two buttons on the side.

Microsoft / Razer Habu

Mouse wheel and side glow blue. Has interchangable side buttons. I prefer the smaller buttons

Thats a cool one! I haven't heard of those. I haven't followed Microsoft products that much lately, though I have a really compact one for when I bring my laptop to class.

Lol thats funny. I need a gaming mouse so when i get it i will post it. Most likely i will end up with a razer though. I love the things i have heard about them performance wise.

Logitech G5 Mouse (Blue Design)

It is a great mouse but the settings are sort of annoying how it changes. Also the laser gets dirty and screws it up.

One quick question on that G7, the battery indicator also shows DPI, I assume the G7 has on the fly adjustable sensitivity like the G5? How does it show the battery life and the sensitivity in the same indicator?
