Blocking coinflips only last for the map

Blocking coinflips will reset on map change and need to be typed again.

Map shouldn't dictate the command.

I think this is an easy fix so I figured reporting it wasn't excessive. If it is indeed a pain I think there's other priorities and this should be no where near a a high one.

Agree completely. I want them off permanently but I have to run the command every map. Adding a simple cookie for them should be fine.
