I lost my max priority in JB

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

So I already have max priority. Today I joined and the chat said I need 7 more hrs to gain max. Also when I am A CTs, I got kicked and go back to being a Ts

What should be happening instead?

I should not become a Ts by plugin when I am a CTs
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

So when I do !guards, I see that text: "You need 7 more hours to gain max priority" I already have max priority. When I want to join CTs, the queue from 1st to 3rd, than 4th. I also get kicked and become a Ts when I was a CT, this didn't happened when I got max priority.

Lost my max priority after not logging on for 3 months, so it has nothing to do with what you do in game.

Tech's response "Unfortunately I don't think there is any way to fix this, except maybe a manual override command issuable by eGOs possibly."
