CSGO JB Rebel Indicator

A simple one, if you're red a smaller indicator comes up for the T to tell them they are still currently red. This should be an option to toggle off or be turned off for special days

This would be heavily useful for rebels without impacting gameplay, don't see a reason to not add this.
