I know hats used to be a thing, but I'm not sure too sure about skins. Regardless both should be re-implemented, if possible.

You'd be correct, we used to have cosmetic hats as a perk that was given to Dedicated Supporters, however it ended up being removed because of issues (i.e hitting entity limits et cetera) with the newer version of SM. Skins ended up breaking when valve released their BR update. When we start hashing out some of the more higher priority problems, we can most certainly see about getting these re-added later down the line.
