Minigames map not changing

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On minigames, the map will not change when time runs out, you need to rtv. It runs the change map but changes it back to the map it was on

What should be happening instead?

it should be changing map

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

go onto mg and let the time run out
I know this happens from mg_swag_multigames_v7
to mg_mikis_multigames_rcs

A potential fix for this will be on the server when it's restarted next. Thanks for bringing this to us~

If the server restarted before an hour ago Then the issue is still happening.
