Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The jailbreak server was unranked as part of one of gametracker's many false unrankings in the past 2ish months for the fake reason of "This server has been detected to report fake or idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked." Many popular servers have been falsely reported for this reason recently.

What should be happening instead?

It should be ranked normally.

The unranking might be due to gametracker's stupid 3 spec/idler/bot max rule (it was rarely ever enforced in the past, but maybe someone is taking pics of the top servers to get "proof" to unrank the servers). You might want admins enforce keeping people out of spec since even active specs count towards this max, at least until the server gets reranked (assuming this is the reason for being unranked and not something else, as well that assuming that getting reranked is higher priority than allowing people to spectate.
