I always want to keep my computer clean,can the browsing history, Cooki, cookies and cache really be deleted?

Left side you will see clear browsing data.
Click it and its pretty simple from there.

Or use incognito

Ctrl+Shift+N

This is a common method and i have tried it many times,but it doesn't work for all the junk that is hidden on the computer.

The Ccleaner (Free Version),which can do that (Wipeing up anything from computer),i used it 2 years ago,but it doesn't seem so powerful anymore.
Cleanning up computer by deleting anything is a good way.Learn about it.
