Gang name isn't popping up

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
o I joined gang Cachinga. The gang name isn't popping up at all, unless there is no warden, as well the kills do not go towards the gang. Me and Augustoo, the creator of the gang, have tried multiple things to try and fix this, as well I have asked admins.
What should be happening instead?
The gang name is supposed to pop up in front of my steam name, which it is not, as well the kills I get when I'm on T do not go towards the amount that our gang has.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
