Yup go ahead. thats what the title says. Any ideas from anyone on maps or suggestions on things we can do better to get the server full. Not mods or anyhting like that. we would need a seperate server for that. so let me know what ya think fellas.

i loved those custom maps... do we have 2 css servers? or just 1 so far...
i think we should have alot more maps than just 2 cuz they get boring after a while

Dear god no. To Nuke, Inferno, and Train at least. I can handle Aztec, but those other three don't have a Popsicles chance in hell.

Why not instead of two maps (office and dust2), add Aztec (or another map). Two maps on a 24/7 server is 3 and a half days for each map (literally). Just a thought.

MAP VOTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! WITH MAP VOTING IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH MAP ITS ON BECAUSE IF THE PEOPLE IN THE SERVER DONT LIKE IT THEN IT WILL GET CHANGED AND IF THEY CURRENTLY LOVE THE MAP THEN THEY DESERVE TO EXTEND IT.

Maybe have like a "Custom Map Friday" or something like that for the people that DO want custom maps 1 or 2 days a week when the focus is on custom maps. Good custom maps like big ones nothing small and poorly made but still custom.

Definitely need a bigger rotation than 2 maps though it gets boring quickly. We should at least give other maps like nuke and train a chance who knows. Whenever I'm looking for a less popular map like that I usually look for big clan name servers from clans like eGO.

Once we have more servers and have enough people to keep them full, we should get a deathmatch server with the free for all mod. It's really fun. :]

Deathmatch Mode. I think its more friendly to noobs like me that may die 10sec after a round starts because you get right back in the action rather than waiting 3-5min for the round to end.

That could be easily done with a small Mattie script. (Even easier if they had Mani, lol)

Sugesstion 1: Get more maps its not enought with 2 in a rotation no Custom maps.

Sugesstion 2: build up a rotation by putting up a poll on the site with the poppular maps like train and such.

Suggestion 3: Admin skins.

Suggestion 4: Put in the same kiend of skins or similar 2 the skins they have on the no 1 server on game tracker.

Suggestion 5: Ban all the barrels from the maps thats going 2 be in the rotation.

Suggestion 6: Remove all the smaller insicnificent things from the maps we r going 2 have in our rotation like small glass bottels and so on and so on 4 better fps and ping.

Sugesstion 7: Make the flash lights work again.

Suggestion 8: Remove the beam thingy almost no 1 like it.

Suggestion 9: Put at least 8 different maps into the rotation no customs no 1 likes them look at the custom kk server in dod.

Suggestion 10: Lower the timelimit 4 each map 2 max 40 min no 1 wants 2 play the same map 4 80 min or so on a rotation server.

Sugesstion 11: give the admins the power 2 move pepole 2 spec so i dont have 2 kick pepole from the server or put up a 1 min time limit 4 spawn camping so i dont have 2 kick the pepole thats filling up the server

Thats it now im not bustin pepoles chops this is supposed be looked on as positive critisism.

I love the idea of having a custom map day. Some of those custom maps were really sweet, like the aztec looking one and office_unlimited. That other one that is that office complex thing but not office...that one wasn't so great.



One map that is sweet that I barely see any of it in Source is just plain old de_dust. What about that?

no 1 wants 2 play at custom maps just take a look on the dod side we have a custom map server with only custom maps almost never full

I have it on a dust2 office rotation. Equal to donner and ava. It still isnt getting any fuller easy. I like many of your suggestions but i think Customs attract a bigger variety of people.
