So swapping cells is obv KOS, but if Warden says, "if you are in cells and you want a pardon, come out now." Does that mean if you attempt to come out from the cell you swapped to you are still KOS? I was told this was "delaying" and his command only applied to starting cell T's. Just looking for clarification :D

Nope! You are pardoned to come out because you are still inside of a cell, even if it wasn't originally the one you spawned in.

Thats what I thought. It was an Admin who killed me and told me those things, So I just needed clarification before future rounds :P

Ayaya said it perfectly. If at any point you meet the requirements of a pardon, you are also pardoned from all previous rebels infractions (in 90% of cases, there is some grey zone when it comes to being pardoned in a vent.)

Yes ayaya cleared that out perfectly, if you cells is open before any command and people swap cells they are kos, if the warden pardons everyone cuz he is a nice guy like me everyone can' get killed unless they are dealying for the new command they will be killed

New command always overrules the previous one, so you cell swapped are KOS but now get a pardoned for it regardless if it's not your "biological cell" but I believe this would be best handled by AT theres a section for that somewhere

It depends on the wording on whether or not the prisoner is considered pardoned or not. If you swapped cells and began hiding in the cell and the warden said "If you are still in cells and would like to come out for a pardon" you would be considered pardoned. If they excluded rebelling T's by saying something along the line of "If you were afk in cells or are not rebelling you may return for a pardon", you would still be KOS.

Does this answer your question?

Yeah. The command was "If you are still in cells and would like to come out for a pardon" Yet this admin, Blazey, is telling me that 2 admins and a community manager is telling him that hes right.

I know nothing can be done at this point, but maybe have a different admin deal with issues that pertain to the admin in question. If that makes sense. Like for example, in the situation, it was Blazey who killed me and said I was wrong so he can stay CT. When I used admin chat, he was the one who answered. I think a different admin shouldve handled the problem.
