I've been on this site at least 9 years, I know I didn't go through all the stuff like I was supposed to, I was too busy playing when I had time I guess. It really bothers me that there is not a straight forward process to become an admin. I can't play on this server when I have time because as soon as no admin is on, it goes to crap, and sometimes there are admins on and they do nothing. The really bad part is your not supposed to ask, but what gives, I give advice to admins because they don't know what to do, especially about the retraining. I would be a great admin, play fair and have fun, it's really simple.
