TTT Disallow buying teleporter if player is force-crouched.

On TTT if your force crouched and you buy a Teleporter and use it, it teleports you there but you're uncrouched, meaning your stuck. What I'm saying we should add is that you cant buy it whenever you're force crouched. It's so that if someone buys it accidently when force crouched and they then use it forgetting about the bug or whatever, then they don't get stuck.

Should be fixed with the linked update in this thread. The information will be saved whether the player was crouched or not, if yes so then crouch will be enforced before the player will teleported.
