players are sometimes able to become unable to be hurt or damaged on the map sandypicnic

What should be happening instead?

the player should be dying

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

players are unable to be killed and cant die like its a freeday for them and they can also damage and kill other players on the map sandypicnic

only happens on the map sandypicnic

The cause it suspected to be dropdown causing t's and ct's unable to die.
