This is a secret organisation that I've been given the go ahead to test out. I hesitated to release this after the lost mc shut down, as I was expecting gang rivalry in the distant future. Then I became eG, and realised how problematic this could be, but with the dwindling variety of things to do in the server, I thought it's about time that I actually push something forward.

I got the green light to trial this (thanks Jolly
). This is on shaky ground, so be on your utmost behaviour if you partake in this. I won't just sign up anyone, and the handlers (the people you approach to have a contract made (they are not the hitmen themselves)) will have to judge whether we can take on this contract or not, we will blacklist you if you use us to bully people. This is a service to augment your existing RP. We do not expect many hits, as it can be quite expensive.
We are not a faction, we are non-biased. After reading this, don?t just approach me in game, as this here is all out of character, and only for participating, not for requesting contracts. If you roleplay with us, we may offer our services, that?s how you will find out about us in RP.
Rules-
1) Reading this post does not mean that you know about this organisation, you must find out by RP-ing with handlers (handlers are not hitmen)
2) no bullying
3) No telling new players about this, because we don?t want to make them think that this server is all about RDM, we are for RP purposes
4) No bothering admin with this, we?d rather take the information, and improve. But if you feel it?s bad enough, it is your prerogative to speak to admin.
5) Hitmen are not allowed to create their own contracts
6) Do not pester anyone about becoming a hitman, there will probably only be 4
Being a target-
You will receive an OOC sms telling you that there?s a contract on you, and how long it will be active for (1 irl week max). This is not allowed to change your play style for this (you are to even ignore if a friend is the one doing the hit), it is only to prepare you ooc for the impending change in health status.
You can withdraw from the program at any time, but doing so right after finding out that you?re a target will mean that you will not be able to rejoin for a while, and maybe even black listed if egregious enough.
Once the contract is completed, you will receive another ooc SMS letting you know that death is related, and any special instructions, ie you hear/remember anything said to you as you bleed out (this is for RP purposes).
Naming a Target-
After being on the list for a while, you will then be eligible to request hits if you find a handler. First check to see if the person?s name is on this list, then ask a handler, provide the steam name (for our administration purposes), their character name, or a picture (this can be collected by ?security cameras?, but will mean that we will have to RP to find them, though they may change their appearance too), the time limit, and any special instructions.
Special instructions includes using weapons other than the standard/preferred sniper rifle, or any messages that you want told to the person at any point (this is not always possible).
I would like to make one open vote, do we allow ourselves to be revived? Or is the death so bad that we have a no revive policy? We can still have police attend, but use /loc to tell people not to revive.
