Last CT Not Being Activated on Special Days

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

If you are the last remaining CT alive you should be given a health/armor bonus depending on T's alive.

Prior to Jailbreak 1.5 update last CT was activated during freedays like Warday or Hide and Seek. Since update Last CT is not being activated during these special days.

Last CT should not be activated on FFA (Free-For-All, No Scope, Ghost, and Teleport) special days but should be activated on Wardays, Hide and Seek, Zombie and Freedays.

What should be happening instead?

On certain special days like Warday, Hide and Seek, Zombie and Custom Freedays Last CT should be activated.

Last CT should not be activated on Free-For-All days like ghost, teleport, and no scope days.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Whenever a special day like Hide and Seek or Warday is called last CT is not being given health/armor bonus.
