Counter-Strike Global Offensive TTT Server Binds for buying stuff directly from the menu?

So I've been playing CS:GO avidly (only for TTT it seems). Anyone will to teach a newbie how to use keybinds to buy items directly from the shop without opening it over and over again? I can't seem to do it.

sm_showitems to see a list of all item names, to bind them you need to use the name in ()
sm_buyitem is what you can do to purchase an item directly.

Here's an example of purchasing Kevlar+Helm
