Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

A couple notable issues with jb_prison_architect:

-Death crate does not turn on and ladders do not work. So if one falls in they are stuck there.

-Sometimes random cell doors remain closed after they are opened. Closing/opening does not fix cell. T's are being trapped in cells. This issue is more rare but ive seen happen on multiple occasions.

What should be happening instead?

-Deathcrate: CT's should be able to turn ON/OFF the game and be able to open/close ladders to exit pit.

-Cell Doors should not get stuck. They should open or close with the button

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

-Deathcrate: Go into game and attempt to play or exit.

-Cell Doors: Not sure how to replicate. Might have occurred if cells were closed/opened to quickly.

The issue with deathcrate has been fixed. As for the cell doors, I'll need to look further into that.
