Dynasty 8 - The best move you'll ever make
Hey everyone,
So due to popularity of wanting to buy/own businesses, GTAV LE bring you Dynasty8 (Real Estate). How this works, we have a list gathered on a google sheet of current properties out there that are for sale. There will be monthly taxes on these properties that are due every 1st of the month (IRL Month). Failure to pay taxes will result in getting a notice and after a week the property will go back up for sale.
1. Can I buy my property and sell it for even more on the streets?
Dynasty8 would have to be the middle man in this, if interested in trading properties. Request an agent here
2. Can I sell my property back to the company if I do not want it anymore?
Yes, for a 75% of the original price includes fees.
3. How do I obtain property?
Dynasty 8 website you can find out what they have to offer for houses. (Interiors)
Must have all cash ready for payment. This will be first come first serve.
If you make a post and you do not have cash/bank money on hand during purchase, if you meet the requirements held here we maybe able to work something out.
